The team performed a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment as part of an on-call multi-year contract. The project surveyed 15+ facilities to identify building issues and forecast capital renewal needs for the next 20 years.
Work included the rapid visual inspection of libraries, historic structures, justice centers, and health and human services buildings.
